Data we collect on this website

Server logs: IP address, user-agent, referrer, timestamp — kept 14 days for security and abuse detection (legitimate interest, Art. 6 (1) f GDPR). Trial signup form: only the email address you submit. We use it to email you a Beta invite. We do not share it. You can request deletion any time at hello@verdictmarkets.io. No analytics cookies. No advertising cookies. No third-party tracking.

Data the Verdict indicator collects

Only your license key for monthly online validation. No trade data, no chart data, no personal data leaves your machine. The LiveState JSONL file is on your local disk only.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, objection, and complaint to a supervisory authority. Write to hello@verdictmarkets.io and we will respond within 30 days.

Hosting

This website is hosted on Vercel (Vercel Inc., USA). A standard EU-US data processing agreement applies.
